"A true home should be the container for reviving real hospitality, true culture and conviviality, real fun, solid comfort, and above all, real civilization. And the most creative thing that anybody can do in this world is to make a real home. Indeed, the homemaker is as important as the house, and being a "housewife" is the most creative, most important job on Earth. " ~ John Seymour

Beautiful flower in the photo, Autumn, and I really like that quote too. Hope you have a good week ahead! :-)
So very true! Just ask the families of those who spend most of their time in a house void of those things.A home with a home-maker is a precious thing, well worth striving to attain. This is also a home that shows it's members they are of the utmost values and treasures in life, and for young children, time spent in their home while growing up flees so quickly, there is not a better way to give & show love than to be there making your house a true home, in every good meaning of the word ~ valuing the people you love and taking the time to be there for them even if material goods are sacrificed in so doing.
