We stopped by the Lavender Festival going on just down the road from us where my mom had a nice booth set up. Had some Lavender Zinger Iced Tea, Chocolate Mint Iced Tea and a hotdog.
Little J. enjoyed watching my mom's sheep.
Here's my mom spinning her wool in her booth with my niece and son. It was great weather and a nice place to spend an hour or so. My husband stayed to listen to the demo on how to care for your lavender.
We took some photos in the rows of lavender with Mt. Rainier in the background before leaving to go to a friend's wedding.

Our mountain framed by fields of lavender is a perfect backdrop for photos of your men folk. It was nice to have you all visit the festival and me at my booth. Little J sure was fascinated by the sheep, wasn't he?

Wow! You guys have been busy this summer. The lavender festival looks like it was a lot of fun--so does the wedding! :)
